Cancellations within 14 days of arrival date (28 days for Christmas bookings) means a forfeit of deposit. Outside this period, deposit is refunded less $30 administration fee. A deposit of $150 per unit is required to confirm a booking ($300 for Christmas bookings).This can be by credit card, cheque or money order. Failure to pay a deposit means that a reservation is not confirmed and a booking may be cancelled. A deposit must be received within 14 days of booking.
